The Noveske Hunter Knife evolved from the Stroup Knives GP2 platform with a focus on enhanced performance in the field—specifically for skinning and gutting. We redesigned the blade with a more pronounced belly to improve control and efficiency during processing and added forward spine jimping to provide better traction and precision when it matters most.
It’s offered in highly visible hunter orange for those moments when gear has a tendency to disappear in the field, as well as a clean butterscotch finish that looks as good as it performs.
